About The Position

The Instructional Designer role is a core part of CHOP's highly innovative and collaborative Data Literacy Program, which operates within the Data Trust & Enablement team in the Data and Analytics organization. With the digitization of healthcare and the need to use data to improve processes and patient outcomes, the Data Literacy program's mission is to help every employee speak the language of data with confidence. This program is responsible for data-related training and learning such as curated training programs, workshops, analytics communities of practice and cohort-based learning experiences. The primary audience for these data literacy initiatives are healthcare providers and support staff in a rapidly changing, fast-paced healthcare setting. This role will be key in developing, designing, and implementing high-quality learning experiences that support the growth of data literacy across professionals at CHOP as well as the Philadelphia community as the program bridges gaps in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) for the next generation of future data leaders.
