About the position

The Data Management Analyst role focuses on utilizing SAP and SharePoint to manage work order documentation effectively. The position involves validating documentation accuracy, monitoring shared inboxes, and performing PowerBi dashboard refreshes. This temporary position is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize SAP and SharePoint to gather and store work order documentation.
  • Validate the accuracy of work order documentation.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, responding or forwarding emails to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Perform PowerBi Dashboard refreshes and validate any errors.
  • Assist in document management and organization.

Requirements

  • Typing speed of 45 WPM.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify issues and provide data-driven solutions.
