About the position

The Data Management Analyst plays a crucial role in KLA's service business by managing customer installed base data within the SAP CRM system. This position involves collaboration with various functional groups to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer data, which is essential for effective service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle tool shipments and notifications to the field.
• Build and maintain customer structure in CRM.
• Lead requests from the field service teams in crafting/maintaining installed base data.
• Build product structure in the SAP ERP and SAP CRM systems.
• Review and update parts used for installed base management.
• Back-up the customer master data administrator and others within the CRM installed base data team.

Requirements

• Associate degree with 2 years related experience or equivalent experience in handling databases and transactional systems data accepted.
• SAP ERP system and SAP CRM system experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
