About the position

Peraton is seeking a Data Management Analyst to support the planning, management, and monitoring of contract deliverables throughout their life cycle. The role involves tracking project schedules, managing document submissions, and maintaining audit files, while providing essential support to the Project/Program Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Project/Program Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring projects through its life cycle.
• Work on overall project planning by reporting on project schedules and deliverables.
• Brief management on the status of action items and metrics to track contract performance.
• Coordinate projects and develop a system for data collection, reporting criteria, and records.
• Research and compile statistics and data for projects; assist in writing narratives for reports.
• Monitor project timelines and track document submissions.
• Create, monitor, and maintain audit files.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve risks.
• Identify and resolve issues to mitigate consequences impacting project success.
• Design and implement procedures for program compliance to fulfill project objectives and criteria.
• Prepare memorandums and work with agencies to resolve concerns and issues.
• Prepare monthly variance reports with associated footnotes.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of programs to ensure implementation is on target.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience with a BS/BA; 0 years with an MS/MA; 6 years with no degree.
• Experience creating and managing program deliverables, including technical documents throughout the program's lifecycle.
• Ability to understand functional and technical specifications of IT systems.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Possess an active TS/SCI clearance.
