The Data Management Analyst position at a well-known Financial Services Company in Minneapolis, MN, is a long-term contract role focused on overseeing, governing, and managing critical data to support business needs and strategies. The role involves consulting with various stakeholders to establish standards and practices for data management, ensuring data integrity, and providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Drive oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs and initiatives.
• Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies, and practices for data flow and access.
• Develop or influence initiatives and resources for complex business and technical needs across Data Management.
• Consult on strategy and resolution of unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions.
• Engage strategically with the Client's personnel.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
