Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Analyst or Sr. Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Management to join the Scientific Data Product Line team. This role is pivotal in enabling data engineers and data scientists to effectively onboard and transform research data onto a data platform designed for analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering insights from various stakeholders, including customers, the customer success team, and the support team, to enhance the user experience and journey necessary for product evolution. In this position, you will translate technical product developments into user-friendly manuals and marketing materials, ensuring that the information is accessible and beneficial for end-users. You will also act as a bridge between delivery squads, which include developers, testers, and support staff, to guarantee that new features delivered to customers meet the quality standards set forth by the company's software development lifecycle methodology. Additionally, you will design internal processes and best practices for gathering customer demand and improving the customer intake experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong motivation to learn new concepts and processes, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to quickly establish credibility and trust with a diverse range of stakeholders and advocate for new ideas effectively. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a globally distributed team.
