About the position
The Data Management Product Manager will play a crucial role in leading focus teams within the Analytics Product department of a leading company in North Dallas, TX. This position involves managing the development of data reporting tools and data sets, ensuring effective project and product management, and maintaining communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and consumer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more focus teams within the Analytics Product department
- Manage the iterative nature of building data reporting tools and data set development
- Perform project and product management responsibilities to leverage resources and fill key gaps on the team
- Prepare reviews for the leadership team and steering committee
- Manage consumer expectations regarding the delivery and progress of the projects
Requirements
- 4+ years of Technical Product Management experience building data products (BI dashboards for example)
- Strong BI, Data Management, and Data Visualization experience (Microstrategy preferred but open to other data visualization tools)
- Experience working on Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Company Branding, etc type of projects/products
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.
