About the position

The Data Manager at Seniors First, Inc. is a newly created role responsible for overseeing the agency's data lifecycle, including data operations, processing, and systems management. This position will lead a team of five, with three direct reports, and will play a crucial role in upgrading the organization's software and systems. The Data Manager will serve as the primary liaison between staff and data developers, ensuring data integrity and compliance with procedural and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data billing team in processing vendor invoices and uploading information into the eCIRTS database.
• Manage the overall data lifecycle of the agency, including data operations and processing.
• Serve as the primary liaison between staff and data developers.
• Enforce procedural and security standards for data operations, ensuring data integrity.
• Oversee contracts, audits, and monitoring compliance related to data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in computer software support with databases, word processors, and spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and SQL.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Valid Florida Driver's License.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ServTracker and AIMS software.
• Ability to learn new software programs required by the department.
