About the position

The Data Measurement and Reporting Lead Analyst plays a crucial role in the Medicare Technology Operations team, focusing on the development and support of key data-related deliverables. This position involves guiding the team in delivering tasks related to data measurement and reporting, assisting in the design and implementation of data solutions, and ensuring consistent reporting standards across projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build out a new, multi-purpose data lake.
• Establish consistent reporting standards with team members.
• Support data anomaly detection by identifying data issues and collaborating on improvements at the source.
• Build executive-level quality reports in Tableau and/or ServiceNow based on given requirements.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in SQL querying and scripting.
• Understanding of relational databases.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and/or IT Service Management reporting.
• Python coding skills are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
