About the position

The Data Measurement and Reporting Senior Analyst plays a crucial role in the Medicare Technology Operations team, focusing on the development and support of data-related deliverables. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build a multi-purpose data lake, ensuring consistent reporting standards, and addressing data anomalies to enhance data quality. The analyst will also be responsible for creating high-quality reports using tools like Tableau and ServiceNow, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of data reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional team to build out a new, multi-purpose data lake
• Collaborate with team members to establish consistent reporting standards
• Support data anomaly detection by rooting out data issues and collaborating on ways to improve data at the source
• Build reports in Tableau and/or ServiceNow that are executive-level quality based on requirements given

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field
• Strong proficiency in Tableau
• Strong proficiency in SQL querying and scripting
• Understanding of Relational databases
• Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and/or IT Service Management reporting
• Python coding experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
