This role involves analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to imaging service networks, systems, and components at both the Northlake and Southlake campuses, as well as other offsite facilities. The analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of all imaging systems by assessing and resolving hardware and software problems, which includes the hospital infrastructure, client-servers, and stand-alone systems. Additionally, the analyst repairs imaging services system hardware, including personal computers, printers, data communication equipment, and related peripherals.
