About the position

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Data Operations Specialist in San Diego, California. This role is instrumental in our commitment to provide exceptional service to our customers by ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data for all orders. As a Data Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for importing customer data from various channels and maintaining the accuracy of order entries. You will oversee the accurate and timely processing of customer data and orders, manage the import of customer data from various channels, and ensure data integrity. Your role will also involve maintaining the accuracy of order entries to provide exceptional service to our customers, monitoring customer accounts, and taking appropriate action when necessary. In this position, you will utilize tools such as ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for effective data processing. You will implement auditing procedures to ensure data and invoices are processed with near-perfect accuracy. Effective communication with customers to resolve inquiries and provide updates will be essential. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with data handling and processing regulations and utilize the 'About Time' tool for efficient workflow management. Conducting check processing as per the company's standards and guidelines will also be part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Solid understanding of Data Processing methods
  • Familiarity with Epic Software
  • Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
  • Knowledge of About Time software
  • Proven experience in Auditing
  • Proficiency in Check Processing
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Compliance standards and regulations in the data operations field
