Responsibilities

• Prospecting to uncover leads for Melissa's Account Managers.
• Responding to incoming leads via online chat, web, and phone in real-time.
• Engaging prospective customers via email and phone to qualify sales opportunities.
• Following up on leads from trade shows, webinars, and whitepapers.
• Assisting an Account Manager with presenting proposed solutions after qualifying a prospect.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Thorough understanding of technical or software products.
