About the position

The Data Pre-Sales Representative role at Melissa involves full-time, in-office work focused on developing incremental revenues by understanding and promoting the company's products and services. The representative will engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and assist Account Managers in presenting solutions, all while maintaining a professional representation of the company.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting to uncover leads for Melissa's Account Managers.
• Responding to incoming leads via online chat, web, and phone in real-time.
• Engaging prospective customers via email and phone to qualify sales opportunities.
• Following up on leads from trade shows, webinars, and whitepapers.
• Assisting Account Managers with presenting proposed solutions after qualifying prospects.

Requirements
