About the position

The Data Privacy Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and policies within the organization. The analyst will work closely with various departments to promote data privacy awareness and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of data privacy practices and policies.
  • Prepare reports on data privacy compliance and present findings to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Data Privacy, or Law.
  • Experience in data privacy compliance and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in data privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPM).
  • Experience with data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
  • Familiarity with data management tools and software.
