The Accounting Specialist at 10 Fitness plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. This position is responsible for various accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and vendor management. Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll, including semi-monthly session audits
- Maintain payment schedules
- Manage bills and expenses
- Oversee vendor information and correspondence
- Prepare monthly sales tax reports
- Handle Corporate Sales Accounts Receivable
- Manage 365 Member Access billing
- Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least one year of related experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Proficiency with Quickbooks Desktop preferred
