The Data Product Analyst role focuses on conducting market and user research to support requirements gathering, creating user stories, and analyzing product metrics to enhance user experience. This position requires collaboration with development teams to ensure clarity in business requirements and assist in testing to ensure user-friendly production code.

Responsibilities

• Create market and user research to support requirements gathering.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
• Analyze product metrics and user data to identify usage patterns and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure they understand business requirements and provide clarification as needed.
• Assist with testing to ensure production code meets the defined requirements and is user-friendly.
• Facilitate development and distribution of external and internal communications regarding system updates.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Data Product Analyst, preferably with Freddie or Fannie Mae experience.
