About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Product Integrity Specialist within the Data Management & Insights division. This role is part of the Enterprise Data Assets (EDA) Operations Team, focusing on providing leadership and operational support to ensure reliable and well-governed data across the enterprise. The specialist will manage data to enhance reporting solutions and drive reliable data delivery for strategic decision-making, business growth, regulatory reporting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a data steward and participate in data integrity and quality initiatives.
• Review and analyze data quality audits and resolve related issues.
• Present recommendations for resolving data quality issues and escalate as necessary.
• Collaborate with business and technical staff to remediate data quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Data Management policies and standards.
• Understand the complete data lifecycle and track end-to-end data lineage.
• Identify solutions to improve data quality and implement improvement plans.

Requirements

• 2+ years of data quality or data management experience.
• 1+ years of SQL experience.

Nice-to-haves

• 1+ year of experience in data management areas such as metadata or lineage, data governance, or data quality.
• 1+ years of experience with data analysis and documentation.
• Experience with various Data Platforms including Consumer, Commercial, and Reference Data.
• Ability to leverage Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting technologies for analytics.
• Experience with data quality tools and processes.
