About the position

The Data Product Manager at PartsSource is responsible for developing high-value data products powered by AI and machine learning. This role involves driving the development and successful implementation of innovative analytics solutions that leverage large volumes of data to enhance customers' maintenance operations. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Understand key marketplace trends and monitor the competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and incorporate feedback into product development.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements and defining product vision.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and support marketing efforts with product knowledge.
  • Establish new data assets by partnering with customers to identify and collect external datasets.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the performance of AI products in the market.
  • Iterate on AI/ML products based on user feedback and market trends to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely product delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years in product management with a heavy focus on AI and advanced analytics.
  • Hands-on experience building with Python and SQL is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of agile product development methodologies, including user research and iterative product releases.
  • Experience within the healthcare ecosystem, including hospital operations and medical devices preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI/ML tools offered by AWS, Snowflake, and Power BI.
  • Experience with generative AI technologies and use cases.
