About the position

The Data Product Owner at Orange Business is responsible for maximizing the value of products created by a scrum development team. This role encompasses various responsibilities including business strategy, product design, market analysis, customer liaison, and project management. The primary goal is to represent customer needs to the development team while ensuring product quality and alignment with customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Apply AGILE/SCRUM methodology for all managed tools.
• Mobilize relevant resources and set up teams.
• Minimize product development costs and simplify processes.
• Collect business needs from internal customers across various departments.
• Raise User Stories to initiate developments.
• Perform tests to validate developments against customer expectations.
• Raise and follow up on anomalies with the IT team until resolved.
• Communicate and promote the product effectively.
• Support the roll-out of solutions and demonstrate them to internal customers.
• Ensure coherence of global solutions focused on data quality and customer expectations.
• Support transversal projects related to inventory management and data quality.
• Apply ITIL framework in day-to-day activities.
• Support yearly budget definition by identifying benefits and IT costs.

Requirements

• Degree in business, IT, or relevant area, or equivalent experience.
• ITIL V3/V4 certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM methodologies.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Analytical skills and capability to set up procedures with other entities.
• Business knowledge and project management experience are a plus.
• Flexibility and IT awareness.
• Ability to bridge business and IT worlds.
• Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
• Customer management and IT experience are beneficial.
