About the position

The Data Protection Architect role is a critical position focused on designing and implementing robust SAN/NAS environments that prioritize data backup, restoration, and redundancy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco SAN Fabrics and Dell EMC storage solutions, ensuring that the infrastructure is both efficient and secure. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and managing Dell and VMware environments, which are essential for maintaining the integrity and availability of data. Your expertise will also extend to responding to security threats and incidents, requiring a strong understanding of the current security landscape. The ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in response to security challenges is crucial. Additionally, this position may require travel to client locations at short notice, emphasizing the need for flexibility and readiness to engage with clients directly. As a Data Protection Architect, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the organization's data assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
