About the position

The Data Protection Infra Delivery Analyst - AVP role at Citi involves managing the delivery of Data Protection Services work efforts through coordination with various teams and stakeholders. The position requires expertise in project management, risk management, and technical understanding of data protection services, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed IT work plans using JIRA/Confluence, including schedules, budgets, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Interfaces with key stakeholders and portfolio manager regarding the status of projects.
• Provides expertise in IT project leadership principles and conducts sophisticated analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Identifies and manages the critical path and milestones of a project schedule.
• Identifies risks affecting milestone deliverables and follows through on mitigation and resolution strategies.
• Maintains knowledge of key technical dependencies across Data Protection Services and their potential impacts.
• Adheres to Citigroup service and delivery processes and procedures.
• Develops JIRA and Confluence dashboards for transparency into assigned initiatives and communicates status and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Coordinates global virtual teams across multiple time zones and regions.
• Prepares and reports status regularly, including metrics for various risk groups and dashboards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services or similar fields with a documented track record of success.
• Project Management skills and working knowledge of planning, monitoring, and controlling programs and resources.
• Intermediate understanding of Data Center IT components, including Data Protection Services.
• Knowledge of Backup Solutions and Storage Solutions.
• Strong skills in JIRA/Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
