The Data Quality Analyst I at LifeQuest is responsible for managing the web-based organ donor information system, ensuring its integrity and functionality. This role involves organizing and executing control functions, including input-output validation and quality control, as well as overseeing the security and maintenance of the system. The analyst will design, develop, and conduct special studies aimed at quality improvement, collecting data and assisting with analysis as needed. As a key resource for the Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) staff, the analyst will provide support regarding system computer operations and will act as the project manager for naviGATOR, the internal web-based program. In addition to system management, the Data Quality Analyst I is responsible for compiling, maintaining, and dispatching required statistical information related to donors, organs, tissues, and transplant recipient information to various state, regional, and federal agencies on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The role also includes participation in the quality assurance (QA) program, which involves donor record reviews, participation in internal and external audits, and facilitating continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the analyst will interact with approximately 30 employees at LifeQuest and multiple transplant center personnel across the country. The position requires travel 2-3 times per year for business purposes.
