About the position

The position involves analyzing data from various sources to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and reliability. The role focuses on improving data quality through the development and implementation of processes, utilizing statistical analysis, and collaborating with data engineering teams. The candidate will also participate in Agile ceremonies and support the establishment of data quality policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from a variety of sources, identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies.
• Develop and implement processes to improve data quality.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of APS data.
• Work with structured and unstructured data using various tools and techniques.
• Utilize statistical analysis, data cleansing, and transformation tools for data integrity.
• Partner with the data engineering team and data stewards to define and implement data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and machine learning engineers to support model building.
• Support the development and implementation of data quality policies, procedures, and standards.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data integration principles and data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge and experience with Java programming, Spring Boot microservices, and big data technologies in the AWS cloud.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
