About the position

The Data Quality Analyst at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is responsible for analyzing data from various sources to identify and correct errors, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of APS data. This role involves working with both structured and unstructured data, utilizing statistical analysis and data governance frameworks to improve data quality. The analyst will collaborate with data engineering teams and participate in Agile ceremonies to support model building and the implementation of data quality policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from a variety of sources, identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies.
• Develop and implement processes to improve data quality.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of APS data.
• Work with structured and unstructured data using various tools and techniques.
• Utilize statistical analysis, data cleansing, and transformation tools.
• Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with data engineering teams and data stewards on data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and machine learning engineers for model building support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing input on testing progress and challenges.
• Support the development and implementation of data quality policies, procedures, and standards.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data integration principles and data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge and experience with Java programming and Spring Boot microservices.
• Familiarity with big data technologies in the AWS cloud.
• Experience with machine learning concepts and data preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
