About the position

The position involves analyzing data from various sources to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and reliability. The role focuses on improving data quality through the development and implementation of processes, utilizing statistical analysis, and collaborating with data engineering teams. The candidate will work with both structured and unstructured data, employing tools and techniques to maintain data integrity and support model building in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from a variety of sources, identifying and correcting errors and inconsistencies.
• Develop and implement processes to improve data quality.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of APS data.
• Work with structured and unstructured data using various tools and techniques.
• Utilize statistical analysis, data cleansing, and transformation tools for data integrity.
• Understand data integration principles and data governance frameworks.
• Partner with data engineering teams and data stewards to implement data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and machine learning engineers to support model building.
• Support the development and implementation of data quality policies, procedures, and standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing input on testing progress and challenges.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data integration principles and data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge and experience with Java programming, Spring Boot microservices, and big data technologies in the AWS cloud.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
