As a Data Quality Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing Quality Assurance analysis and reporting for the GRID Database. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely delivery of Quality Assurance Reporting while integrating functions, processes, and systems to optimize resources effectively. In this position, you will communicate extensively with the Operations Director, IT staff, and peers, acting as an advocate to ensure client satisfaction. You will also collaborate with vendor teams and contribute to the Quality Assurance program by providing accountable and transparent quality reporting. Additionally, you will be involved in various projects as assigned, maintaining professional and technical knowledge by keeping up with work-related certifications. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Provide Quality Assurance analysis and reporting for the GRID Database.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of Quality Assurance Reporting.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous experience in a quality control or assurance program is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and persistence in problem solving.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based software (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
  • Exposure to the financial industry, banking, and/or capital markets is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a quality control or assurance program.
