We're seeking a future team member for the role of Data Quality Monitoring Analyst (Risk & Compliance) to join our DATA ENGINEERING. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA -HYBRID.

Responsibilities

  • Work and influence the resolution of data quality issues, working cross-functionally to identify root cause, implement corrective action and prevent recurrence.
  • Execute data quality monitoring processes and tools to detect, measure, and report on data quality issue and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with business units, data owners, and data custodians to identify critical data assets, define data quality requirements, and establish data quality metrics and KPIs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data stewardship best practices, methodologies, and tools and provide guidance and support to stakeholders across Compliance, Risk and Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years in a data management role.
  • Experience in compliance, risk management, finance and/or banking tech over operational activities (business analysis, testing, etc.), reference data and/or enterprise data management.
  • Experienced hands-on Data and Metadata Management, from concept to implementation with a demonstrable track record of delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and people skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management concepts, and regulatory requirements (e.g. BCBS 239).
