About the position
The Data & Reporting Analyst for Donor Ministries at Samaritan's Purse plays a crucial role in enhancing donor engagement through data analytics and reporting. This position involves developing departmental reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and providing training to database users. The analyst will collaborate with leadership to inform strategic goals and contribute to the organization's mission of sharing the Gospel.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reporting and data resource for the Donor Ministries team.
- Collaborate with Information Technology to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Lead the creation of insightful reports and dynamic dashboards for departmental activities.
- Provide training and support to database users to maintain high standards of data collection.
- Conduct regular data analytics to inform strategic departmental goals and performance metrics.
- Monitor donor information and trends to provide actionable insights for enhancing donor relationships.
- Assist in Donor Response during disasters, ensuring effective communication with donors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Avaya CMS, ACRM, and other office support software.
- Strong team player with a high degree of flexibility.
Nice-to-haves
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies.
