About the position

The Data Reporting Analyst (Operations - Dispatch) plays a crucial role in the City of Atlanta's Office of Linear Infrastructure Operations (OLIO) by performing daily data input and analysis within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This position is responsible for managing service requests and work orders, conducting reporting and analysis to support departmental operations, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness. The analyst will also design reports, summarize data, and communicate with stakeholders to facilitate operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data input and analysis in the CMMS for OLIO.
• Initiate, create, update, maintain, and close out service requests and work orders as directed.
• Design and prepare reports and reporting formats by accessing databases or consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Review monthly operating statistics and prepare operating reports.
• Generate reports, presentations, graphics, and other documents to demonstrate information flow from field personnel.
• Track specific project processes and performance measures to meet departmental objectives.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/public administration, accounting, finance, information technology, statistics, human resources, or a related field.
• 2 years of work experience in creation, reporting, and/or management of data or closely related tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree plus 2-3 years' experience in data analysis.
