The position at enGen is focused on transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on the organization's key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves developing dashboards, scorecards, and forecasts, as well as tracking results and preparing executive presentations to support operational excellence and management intelligence. The successful candidate will consult with various cross-functional teams to identify data needs, conduct analyses, and review findings with leadership. They will also facilitate process improvements and develop presentations for both internal stakeholders and customers. In this role, the candidate will work closely with different internal departments to gather source data regularly and as needed. They will design and build reports using Excel or other technologies, publish metrics dashboards, and identify trends in complex datasets. The candidate will be expected to develop processes and tools that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data analyses, ensuring high-quality deliverables. They will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with internal organizations and external partners, structuring complex subjects in a comprehensible manner, and developing work plans to meet deadlines. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The candidate will need to work closely with management to prioritize business needs and ensure that all changes to reporting processes are documented and consistent.
