About the position

As a Product Associate in the Data & Reporting team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced product managers and cross-functional partners, allowing you to contribute your skills and insights to ensure the success of our product offerings. In this role, you will support the development of our product strategy and roadmap, collecting and analyzing metrics on product performance to inform decision-making. Your participation in product planning sessions will be vital, as you will contribute ideas and insights, assisting in the execution of product initiatives to ensure timely and successful product launches. Additionally, you will collaborate with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value, making your contributions essential to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
  • Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
