About the position

The Data & Research Analyst position at NWFS involves collaborating with an Epidemiologist and program supervisor to analyze data from local school districts. The primary goal is to reduce substance misuse through data-driven insights and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collect, assess, and analyze drug and alcohol usage data from the community and school districts using established outcome sources and measurements.
• Work in collaboration with agency managers and the epidemiologist to engage with the community to raise awareness, action, and funding.
• Ensure data and documentation are accurate.
• Complete and submit reports as needed.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in data analysis is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in public health or epidemiology is preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a school setting or school systems is preferred but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Three years of data analysis experience preferred.
