About the position

The Data & Revenue Operations Analyst at CEA CAPA is responsible for supporting the organization's data analysis, reporting, and operational planning needs. This role focuses on analyzing various data sets related to sales, marketing, and finance to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiencies. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and ensure alignment across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze revenue performance metrics across departments, such as sales funnel performance, customer retention, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasting.
  • Deliver regular reports to key stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, including data entry, reporting automation, and lead management processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize workflows and align on goals.
  • Support the maintenance, improvement, and customization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data accuracy and facilitate sales processes.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track performance.
  • Maintain data hygiene and quality across systems, ensuring that the data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
  • Perform regular audits and clean-ups as necessary.
  • Support the creation of revenue forecasts and scenario planning models to track company performance against goals.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Work with Institutional Relations, Marketing, Enrollment, and Global Operations teams to provide insights that inform campaign strategies, sales efforts, and customer success initiatives.
  • Assist in the alignment of KPIs across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a data analysis or revenue operations role, or excellent academic performance in related courses.
  • Experience in investment banking, consulting, or accounting industries preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with data visualization platforms or tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
