About the position

As a Business Analyst within Data Risk Management at DTCC, you will collaborate with various teams to analyze and document business requirements aimed at enhancing Data Risk tools. This role offers substantial growth opportunities and exposure to governance frameworks, emphasizing collaboration between business and IT to support defined procedures and automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support efforts in managing scope and priorities for key documentation, communication, training, and business requirements in support of the Data Risk Management framework.
• Provide advice, guidance, and support to the first line of defense in their understanding and compliance with Data Risk Management Standards.
• Monitor issues and exceptions, advancing as needed.
• Help facilitate, contribute, and participate in Governance, Risk and Compliance efforts, partnering with other Control Functions to align on all facets of inherent data risk and related standards and controls.
• Partner with other control functions to identify and assess key areas of data risk.
• Collaborate with industry leaders and associations to define data management and adopt/apply standard processes at DTCC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3-5 years relevant experience as a Data/Business Analyst
• MS Office proficiency is required
• Experience with any data governance tool is a plus
