The candidate should be adept at following a triage playbook and contributing to the resolution of new scenarios as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the engineer will need to collaborate with various stakeholders and convey complex technical information in an understandable manner. Responsibilities
