About the position

Rivian is offering a summer internship program for 2025, aimed at undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees in fields related to data science, analytics, and engineering. Responsibilities

• Apply for consideration in Rivian's 2025 internship programs.
• Participate in teams such as Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Data Analytics.
• Engage in projects requiring data science, analytics, or data engineering skills.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data and Machine Learning, Mechanical, Computer Science, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience with extract, transform, load (ETL) procedures is preferred.
• Experience with SQL-based query construction is preferred.
• Ability to leverage expertise in data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving work is required.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to a wide variety of problems is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
