• Experience in hiring and leading data-focused teams with diverse technical strengths.
• Strong organizational skills to lead cross-functional projects and overcome challenges.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AB testing and causal inference techniques.
• Familiarity with machine learning applications in consumer experiences.
