About the position
We are seeking proficient programmers to join our team as Data Scientists and AI Trainers. The primary responsibility of this role is to train AI chatbots to code by measuring their progress and evaluating code quality. Candidates will work remotely and have the flexibility to choose projects and set their own schedules, with compensation based on hourly rates and bonuses for high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Come up with diverse problems and solutions for a coding chatbot
- Write high-quality answers and code snippets
- Evaluate code quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Proficient in either Python and/or JavaScript
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent writing and grammar skills
- A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency in additional programming languages such as C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
