About the position

As an Analyst or Data Scientist at Enova, you will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and testing models that determine lending criteria and verification procedures. You will also conduct ad hoc analyses using statistical and financial tools to support risk management, marketing, and operational strategies. The position requires effective communication of data insights to cross-functional teams to solve business problems and support implementation. Enova's Analytics team is composed of over 100 quantitative professionals who utilize cutting-edge techniques to drive business value, emphasizing a data-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and test models for lending criteria and verification procedures.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis using statistical and financial tools.
• Recommend strategies for risk management, marketing, and operations.
• Interpret and organize data effectively for cross-functional teams.
• Support implementation of data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Analytics or a related field.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and R for data analysis.
• Experience with relational databases, particularly SQL.
• Knowledge of statistical and econometric modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
