About the position

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This hybrid role involves utilizing various technologies and tools to analyze, visualize, and derive insights from data, with a requirement to be onsite weekly.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced and complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Use Python and R to carry out statistical and machine learning tasks
• Visualize data using BI Tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Perform feature engineering and build prototypes to test hypotheses
• Analyze data using various data tools and deploy and maintain production models
• Develop and apply algorithms and create simulations using techniques such as Random Forest, GLM / Regression, Boosting, Trees, Text mining, and Social network analysis
• Leverage advanced Machine Learning algorithms for tasks such as Regression, Classification, anomaly detection, Modeling, clustering, decision trees, and simulation
• Work with BIG DATA tools like Hadoop or Spark and Cloud AI Platforms
• Utilize Salesforce APIs, Salesforce Development, Salesforce Marketing, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce.com, and Salesforce Object Query Language for various tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce Development and Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Salesforce Object Query Language
• Demonstrable knowledge of Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Configuration
• Experience in Salesforce Marketing
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field. Advanced degree is a plus.
