In this role, you will be responsible for key research and business analysis of TikTok monetization products, evaluating business health, identifying potential risks, and uncovering major business opportunities from a global perspective using statistical analysis, quantitative attribution, and other methods. You will participate in business goal setting and key direction decision-making, improving internal management efficiency by integrating various data and information based on comprehensive business logic across products, multiple platforms, and various business forms. From the perspective of TikTok's monetization product global optimization and ROI efficiency, you will plan and establish key research topics. Collaboration with PM, engineering, sales, strategy teams, and other roles will be essential to deliver research results with clear conclusions and implementation plans, providing decision-making references for leaders and achieving data-driven business growth. Additionally, you will design a comprehensive metrics framework for TikTok's commercial products and key business directions, providing high-information-density business data insights for leaders.
