About the position

Join Box's Data Science team to drive impactful change and solve critical business challenges. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to provide insights that accelerate product-market fit and shape strategic decisions, utilizing data-driven analysis to test growth ideas and validate assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Help partners challenge assumptions about their products/services to strengthen foundations and drive product-market fit.
• Use A/B testing to gather insights and improve our product, services, and core value proposition.
• Work cross-functionally with GTM, product, and other teams to produce actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Leaders, and Customer-Facing teams to design and implement data-driven solutions for critical business needs.
• Manage data product development from ideation to deployment, aligning with company goals and objectives.

Requirements

• MS in a data-related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a Data Science or Analyst role.
• Exceptional skills in SQL and extensive experience working with relational databases.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly gain the trust and confidence of your stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
