About the position

The position involves developing and deploying AI models and machine learning platforms to enhance Walmart's e-commerce capabilities. Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy foundational AI layers and Gen AI models for online inferencing.
• Maintain a robust, scalable machine learning platform for end-to-end operations.
• Create and maintain web-based dashboard systems for data visualization and model performance monitoring.
• Develop, test, and deploy big-data and machine learning pipelines.
• Manage public cloud services to scale storage and computation capabilities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in distributed inferencing in GPUs and LLM serving frameworks.
• Knowledge of Linux, public cloud computing, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in developing REST API services.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience with open source frameworks like scikit learn, tensorflow, or torch.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
