Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to identify areas that require investigation.
• Collect, record, and analyze data.
• Query all available resources to gain additional information.
• Analyze data and create reports presenting findings.

Requirements

• 9 years of data analytics experience
• 2 years of data science experience
• Bachelor's Degree in IT related discipline; OR 4 additional years of experience; OR Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Tableau

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in IT related discipline
• Familiarity with research methodologies, data visualization techniques, and statistical analysis
• Knowledge of data collection and survey design
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups)
