Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm innovative ways to use Visa's unique data to address business problems.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their challenges and provide data-driven insights.
  • Extract and analyze data to derive relevant insights for clients.
  • Develop visualizations to make complex analyses accessible to a broad audience.
  • Identify opportunities to create products from analyses suitable for multiple clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage Visa data for business solutions.
  • Mine and analyze data to optimize product and marketing strategies.
  • Assess the effectiveness of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms for data sets.
  • Use predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in an analytical field such as statistics, operations research, economics, computer science, or a related field, graduating between January 2024 and August 2025.
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with SQL or other tools for data extraction and aggregation.
  • Competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
  • Experience with statistical software such as Python, SAS, R, or Stata.
  • Previous exposure to financial services, credit cards, or merchant analytics.
