Responsibilities
- Brainstorm innovative ways to use Visa's unique data to address business problems.
- Communicate with clients to understand their challenges and provide data-driven insights.
- Extract and analyze data to derive relevant insights for clients.
- Develop visualizations to make complex analyses accessible to a broad audience.
- Identify opportunities to create products from analyses suitable for multiple clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage Visa data for business solutions.
- Mine and analyze data to optimize product and marketing strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms for data sets.
- Use predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in an analytical field such as statistics, operations research, economics, computer science, or a related field, graduating between January 2024 and August 2025.
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with SQL or other tools for data extraction and aggregation.
- Competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
- Experience with statistical software such as Python, SAS, R, or Stata.
- Previous exposure to financial services, credit cards, or merchant analytics.
