The position involves performing deep dive diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support data-driven business decision making. The role requires extensive programming to access, transform, and prepare data for statistical modeling, as well as identifying and diagnosing data inconsistencies and errors. The individual will engage with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, develop hypotheses, and translate requirements into an analytic approach. Additionally, the role includes guiding test design, research design, and model validation, providing statistical consultation services, and serving as the analytics expert on cross-functional teams for large strategic initiatives. The individual will also prepare and deliver insight presentations and communicate complex analytical findings to business partners. Participation in special projects and other duties as assigned is also expected.
