Our mission focuses on driving monetization and sustainable revenue growth for TikTok through data science. As part of the Ads Interfaces team, we aim to help businesses grow efficiently and inspire customers to fulfill their demand by providing reliable, high-standard marketing solutions. We build various platforms, including Ads Manager, Business Center, API, and Customer Service System, to serve different types of businesses. As a data scientist on this team, you will apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand how our customers interact with our ads products. You will partner with Product, Engineering, User Research, Designers, and other teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities. Your role will involve informing, influencing, supporting, and executing our product decisions, as well as collaborating with data engineering to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor product performance and extract useful insights from massive amounts of data.
