The TikTok Monetization Products data science team plays a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making to drive monetization and sustainable revenue growth. As a Data Scientist on this team, you will apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand user interactions with our ads products. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify trends and opportunities, inform product decisions, and support product launches. Your role will involve building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor product performance, as well as mining large datasets to extract valuable insights. This position requires a proactive approach to project management, with the ability to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance. You will also need to communicate your findings effectively to influence product strategies and decisions.
