About the position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with expertise in machine learning and predictive modeling to join our data science team. This role involves designing and implementing complex ML models to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in advanced statistics, machine learning algorithms, and can translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy predictive models to address business challenges, utilizing algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, etc.
• Preprocess, clean, and transform data, engineering features to optimize model performance.
• Use statistical and ML techniques to forecast trends and generate actionable insights.
• Continuously monitor and fine-tune models to ensure they perform well in production.
• Work closely with data engineering, product, and business teams to understand needs and provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in data science with a focus on machine learning and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with experience in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Strong background in statistical techniques and predictive analytics.
• Ability to translate business problems into data science projects and provide actionable insights.
